residues from molds and dies in as little as 15-20 minutes.

Our ultrasonic mold and die cleaning systems have been proven
effective on steel, chrome-plated steel, nickel-plated steel, and
electroless-nickel-with-teflon plated steel.
This mold cleaning system consists of three stage-cleaning tanks as under.
1) Pre Rinse Tank or Soak Tank.
2) Ultrasonic Cleaning
3) Flood Washing in Plain water.
Our RKT-W2000 Ultrasonic Wire Cleaner is a production tool designed
specifically around the need to clean wire during or following the drawing
process. The RKT-W2000 processor assembly uses ultrasonic transducer
elements arrayed radically around the circumference of a 6.0" rectangle
box. Wire is passed through the box following drawing and exposed to a very
high intensity ultrasonic field. This methodology will improve cleaning over
traditional "wipe methods" significantly and often enhances
throughput and improves productivity by permitting higher line speeds.

description :
The RKT-W2000 wire cleaner utilizes highly efficient 30 kHz piezoelectric
transducers to assure maximum energy in the process box. The box is
constructed of 316 stainless steel for compatibility with a broad range of
cleaning liquids. Multiple RKT-W2000 transducer head assemblies can be used
in series to increase ultrasonic exposure and, therefore, throughput.
Stainless steel flanges and gasket systems are available to facilitate
multi-head use. TRANSONIC RKT-W2500 wire cleaners are driven by our
ultrasonic generators. These generators are equipped with a number of
features which bring flexibility to liquid processing applications. They
include line/load power control, amplitude control and several frequency
options to optimize processing.
TRANSONIC TUBE cleaning consists of two stage cleaning system with
ultrasonic cleaning followed by flood jet washing as shown in fig-1A. The
handling system consists of electro pneumatic cylinder for vertical
movement. Tube length up to 12 Feet in length can be cleaned in this system.
Extra features like oil skimmer & filter unit can be coupled with the
main unit.
