Ultrasonic Anilox Roller Cleaning Machine to eradicate the entire problem of hot spots, Transonica bases all its Transonic ultrasonic cleaning systems on the incorporation of an RKT SW generator of a patented design, unique to the company. It provides a pre-determined frequency sweep circuit, operated by its own, independent, low voltage supply, which maintains uniform distribution divorced from line fluctuations. This results in the hot spot being moved up and down 100 times a second, thus preventing damage occurring due to a power concentration in one point of the roller. It has ensured this stability by designing and installing an auto tracking circuit, which compensates for external changes and maintains the centre frequency. This auto tracking circuit also prevents the transducer elements hitting their resonance and drawing an unequal amount of power - possibly leading to overdrive.
In such cases, the power drawn by an individual device could double, which would further add to damage of the cell walls of the roller. It is also essential to ensure that the transducers do not run hot internally as this could lead to uneven distribution and components failure. Again, Transonicâ has solved this potential hazard by commissioning high quality bronze conductors, purpose-built to a registered design, and employs special assembly methods, which prevent internal heating problems. If simple precautions are taken to study the technical characteristics of an ultrasonic cleaning system and to insist on the provision of pre-determined frequency sweep circuit, then no more effective or safer means of ceramic anilox roller maintenance can be found. Cell damage - which quite rightly, greatly concerns both printers and roller manufacturers - can be considered a risk of the past and this cost efficient, sure and successful method may be chosen with complete confidence.
Ultrasonic anilox roll cleaning machines are fully automated for anilox roll and sleeves maintenance. Individually designed to deep clean anilox rolls, sleeves or gravure cylinders of all sizes, they reduce set-up times, minimize press downtime, increase the lifetime of the rolls and optimize printing quality.
Ultrasonic anilox roll and sleeve cleaners are a perfect solution for daily washing and maintenance of the rolls. Short and gentle cleaning process leaves the rolls perfectly clean and ready for use in 30 minutes without causing any wear and tear to the roll. Ceramic anilox rolls cannot be properly cleaned with conventional mechanical methods. The ceramic cell cavities are far smaller than even the finest brush bristles. Although blast systems can clean coarse anilox rolls, only ultrasonic cleaners can thoroughly and safely clean the fine count anilox rolls being used today.Ultrasonic Anilox Roller cleaning machines have been designed to work with all types of ink. The water consumption is very low and the appropriate cleaning chemical works in conjunction with the machine to remove ink and other contaminants from the anilox roller.
Ultrasonic Cleaning machine is one of the latest and advanced technology to safely remove the contaminants from rollers without causing any damage and are economical as well. The cleaning process releases the energy of millions of bubbles that implode by quickly eliminating all types of waste and consuming few energy resources.
