RKT B45 is a specially formulated Brass Cleaning cum brightening chemical which is designed to clean, degrease and remove spots from Brass items & alloys. This concentrated formulation has the perfect blend of surfactants to give optimal cleaning level for all types of Brassware material. This chemical is widely applicable in art & craft industry, jewelry item, idols & figures, brass nuts & fasteners and many other brass products. It is a neutral based chemical and thus safe to work with as compared to many acidic chemicals available in the market today. It is used in fairly low concentrate of 2% - 10% only with cleaning time of 1 - 10 minutes depending upon the level of contamination.

Usage Applcation: Works best with Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine at a temperature of 50 Deg cel - 70 Deg cel.
Cleaning Time: Minimum 5 Minutes upto 30 Minutes depending upon the contamination load

RKT BRASS AT-85 

Brass anti-tarish are widely used to prevent brass and copper parts  from tarnishing and oxidation. 

Brass and Copper has a tendency to turn black post oxidation. Once the parts are cleaned, they turn black. To prevent such tarnishing and to retain the shine of the brass components, RKT BRASS AT-85 is one of the best solution.

Usage Protocol: 

1. Mix 2% of Anti Tarnish RKT BRASS AT-85 with RO or DM water (example: 20 ml in 1 Liter of Water) 
2. Dip the cleaned components (Brass / Copper)
3. Keep the products in solution for 2 - 3 minutes
4. Remove the components and let it air dry

Safe Kleen - CA (SK4053-CA)

SKCA is a an organic acid based / citric acid based excellent brass shiner cheimcal for industrial usage. SKCA can work with nomial or ambient temperature however it works best at 50 deg cel. 

Methods of usage: 

1) Immersion : Add 10% to 15% of SKCA with RO Water (example - in 1 Liter of RO Water add 150 ml of SKCA). Saturate or Dip the components in the solution for 15 - 20 minutes. Brush gently with brass brush or soft brush. Repeat if necessary 

2) Ultrasonic Cleaning: Add: 5% - 10% of SKCA with RO Water in Ultrasonic cleaning machine. Heat the solution at 50 Deg cel. Ultrasonic cleaning time 5 Minutes - 10 Minutes. Repeat if necessary
