Effective sterilization requires effective Medical Ultrasonic Cleaner and when it comes to cleaning reusable instruments and equipment, our equipment & detergents meets the most demanding criteria. Our industrial ultrasonic cleaners are used to assist with the cleaning of instruments that cannot be adequately cleaned manually such as spiral wound instruments like biopsy forceps etc. The ultrasonic vibration at the frequency used for cleaning does not kill microorganisms and infective aerosols may be produced. Ultrasonic cleaners work by subjecting instruments to high frequency, high-energy sound waves. This causes the soil to be dislodged from instruments and drop to the bottom of the tank, or be sufficiently loosened that it will be removed during the rinsing process. The detergent used in the ultrasonic tank must be carefully selected in accordance with advice from the tank's manufacturer. Optimally it will be a neutral, low-foaming product and enzymatic cleaners will have enhanced benefits in this process.

A single-tank cleaner is a compromise. A purpose-built, multi-tank system is the only way to guarantee a complete and validated cleaning process. The sequence is non-negotiable:
1. Tank 1: Ultrasonic Cleaning – The Primary Decontamination Stage
This is the workhorse stage. A powerful ultrasonic generator creates millions of microscopic cavitation bubbles in a specialized cleaning solution. These bubbles implode with immense energy, scouring every surface, blind hole, and pore of the implant, dislodging contaminants that are otherwise unreachable.
Why it's mandatory: It actively removes the bulk of bioburden and manufacturing residues.
2. Tank 2: Hot Water Rinsing – The Residue Elimination Stage
After cleaning, the implant is coated with a film of contaminated chemical. Simply drying it at this stage would bake the contaminants onto the surface. A heated rinse tank, often with overflowing or flooded water, is essential to thoroughly flush away all traces of the cleaning chemical and the suspended soils it carries.
Why it's mandatory: It prevents chemical re-deposition and prepares the implant for final processing.
3. Tank 3: Hot Air Drying – The Final Preparation for Sterilization
A dedicated drying tank uses HEPA-filtered, heated air to remove all moisture quickly and completely. This leaves the implant spot-free, dry, and ready for immediate packaging, passivation, or sterilization.
Why it's mandatory: It eliminates water spots, prevents flash-rust on certain alloys, and ensures no moisture is trapped, which could compromise sterility.
