Heavy Duty Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine 

Our 300 Liter Digital Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaning system comes with a large 50 inches tank with 24 inches width and 22 inches depth that can acoomodate approximately 200 Kgs of weight easily. The machine has bottom mounted Ultrasonic Resonators that are stratergically placed in a removable and replaccable immersion stainless steel transducer box module. 

Collective peak power of 6Kw with heaters designed to pre-heat tank under 20 minutes even in cold temperature of 10 Deg. The machine comes is completely constructed with Stainless Steel and the working tank is passivated with anti rust treatment for life.

1) Automtatic Oil Skimmer system to remove floating contaminants and Oil from surface of the tank

2) 20 inches Cartridge Filter with a provision to add Magnetic Filter for best cleaning results

5) Emergency button with Auto Cool function of the Ultarsonic Generators
